Espelette Pepper PDO Mustard, 200g

Crafted according to an age-old recipe, with seeds grown in the Loire Valley, this creamy French mustard is enhanced with fiery Espelette peppers, sourced from the French Basque Country. Prepared in accordance with the Orléans tradition, the mustard seeds are first soaked in barrel-aged wine vinegar, before being stone-ground to achieve a wonderfully smooth texture.
