At Burford Garden, we want you to love every piece you choose for your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fragile items are securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
