What is your return policy for home decor?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and perishable garden items are final sale.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Burford Garden ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
