A hybrid between Salvia nemorosa and Salvia pratensis, Salvia Blue by You has remarkable heat and frost tolerance, and is notable for flowering earlier than other varieties.  The meadow sage repeatedly blooms throughout the season (if deadheaded), bearing spikes of bright blue flowers, that are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators.
